Central One LLC offers a variety of engineering services to compliment its product offerings. We can take your initial concept and turn it into a fully functional product. We have several engineers on staff that can make your idea come to life. Our engineers will work closely with you to make sure your vision is fully realized. They are knowledgeable in manufacturing processes and how to make the product in the most efficient way. This will make your product viable in the market place. We use 3D CAD which allows us to run tests on the part before it is even manufactured. This reduces or eliminates the prototyping stage which saves you money.
OUR PROCESS
Once you contact us with a concept we will begin engineering your product. We start the engineering process with some initial concept drawings. We then narrow down to the materials the part will be made of, the way it will be made, and the assembly method. This concept will be verified with you to make sure we are on the right track. After verification we will begin drafting all the components in 3D CAD. Several calculations and tests are run on the part to make it as efficient as possible. After we finalize the part it is submitted back to you for verification. After the design if finalized we will help you with all your prototyping and manufacturing needs.
